Synopsis

After a paragliding accident leaves Philippe, an aristocratic man, as a quadriplegic, he struggles to find a caregiver who can handle his new way of life. Enter Driss, a man from the projects with a criminal record and a carefree attitude, who is only applying for the job to get a signature for his unemployment benefits.

Despite their different backgrounds, Philippe is intrigued by Driss’ blunt manner and decides to hire him, much to the surprise and dismay of his family and friends. Driss’ unconventional methods and infectious energy bring a new spark into Philippe’s life, and the two men develop a deep bond that goes beyond a typical employer-employee relationship.

Driss helps Philippe rediscover the joy of living, introducing him to new experiences and adventures. At the same time, Philippe offers Driss a sense of stability and purpose. Their friendship faces challenges, but ultimately, it changes both men for the better.
